We aim to significantly improve the understanding of health, well-being and physical education within the school community. By working alongside staff and parents, we can inspire and achieve a positive perception of a healthy lifestyle whilst allowing pupils to be more active. We aim to achieve this by introducing you to our latest programme... SHAPE.
School Health and Physical Education
Our latest innovation delivers health and well-being assessments, supportive data with recommendations along with educational interventions to primary aged pupils.
Additionally, we offer schools a wide range of services including PPA cover, INSET for staff development, Staff Fitness Club, Well-Being Workshops and Family Fitness Clubs.
The SHAPE assessment provided my school with very clear actions points for what the curriculum and fitness provision needled to be in order for the pupils to have a clear understanding of the importance of their own health and fitness

I usually do a 2km run at the weekends with my family.
Since the SHAPE assessment, I now realise I need to challenge myself and try to go further. So this weekend, we're all going to try and run 5km as a family. Thank you Mr Colchester!

Its been so much fun having
13 Fitness UK lead our weekly fitness sessions. It's been a powerful bonding tool and we all look forward too forgetting about school for that hour whilst we improve our fitness. This term has really been enjoyable!
