2x 1 hour Health & Fitness Assessments

In this time, we will determine following metrics to set goals moving forwards;
- Height, Weight & BMI

- Body Fat % & Waist Measurement

- Visual Assessments

- Daily Calorie Assessment

- Protein Requirement

- Supplementation Advice

- SMART Health & Fitness Goals

- Strength Improvement



PT + Home Workouts or Gym Workouts

  • 12x 60 minute sessions which includes 2x Health & Fitness Assessments
  • 2 - 4 new home based weekly workouts for 12 weeks
  • or 2 Gym Programmes created and shared privately

Team PT

  • 12x 60 minute sessions
  • 2x Health & Fitness Assessments
  • 2 - 4 new home based workouts sent each week for 12 weeks
