WHO CAN DO MUM FIT?
Classes are adaptable and suitable for all fitness levels so this is for anyone. Each exercise will be demonstrated with different levels of resistance and if you still find it challenging, we can suggest alternatives so you’re still working out. So whether you have just had your 6-8 week GP check or have been out running already, we promise this will be suitable for you.

WHy is mum fit good for me?
Classes give you the workout you need after giving birth without having to worry about childcare. The session is designed around you and the PT will be on hand to bottle feed or rock your little’un to sleep. THe class encourages you to be working out with like minded people while Strengthening the muscles affected by pregnancy. We're sure you will Feel better and increase your confidence and Improve your posture, balance and co-ordination.
will i need any equipment
We provide all the equipment so you only need a sturdy buggy for your baby or toys to keep any older children entertained along with an exercise mat/towel and a water bottle.
