A fun outdoor class for mums who want to exercise with their child. We incorporate exercises to strengthen your muscles that are weak after child birth along with getting you fitter each week. After the class, you can enjoy a drink and natter with other mums at the Farmhouse Pub.

Who can do Mummy Fitness?

Classes are adaptable and suitable for all fitness levels so this is for anyone. Our experienced PT will demonstrate each exercise and offer you different levels of resistance. If you still find it too challenging, we can suggest alternatives so you’re still working out. So whether you have just had your 6-8week GP check or have been out running already, we promise this will be suitable for you. 


Why is Mummy Fitness good for me?

Classes give you the workout you need after giving birth without having to worry about childcare. The session is designed around you and your child and the PT will be on hand to rock your little’un to sleep if need be. As well as getting back in shape, you will be working out with like minded people with new babies just like you;

  • Meet new people without needing childcare 
  • Strengthen the muscles affected by pregnancy
  • Feel better and increase your confidence
  • Improve your posture, balance and co-ordination


Will I need any equipment?

As long as you have a sturdy buggy for your baby or your child can keep themselves entertained, all you need is an exercise mat or towel, water bottle and you're good to go. We provide all the other equipment and guarantee that you will have fun, meet other mums and restore your body confidence in the fresh outdoors.

It's time to torch fat, get fit and enjoy an outdoor workout to loud music. Each class puts you through mobility stretches, a weekly fitness challenge with full body workout and cool down. Sessions are suitable for anyone, not matter what your fitness level is!
